 Jessica Froke - Administrative Assistant
Jessica is the cheerful voice you will hear on the other end of the phone when calling Vitality Chiropractic! Jessica was born in Sheldon, IA and was raised in Matlock, IA. She moved to Sioux Falls in 1999 where she attended Southeast Technical Institute and graduated with a degree in Marketing. Jessica lives in Sioux Falls with her husband Travis and has been employed at Vitality Chiropractic for over four years!
 Lazann Caudill - Administrative Assistant
Lazann has worked part-time at Vitality Chiropractic since November of 2007. She is at the front desk on Tuesdays and Fridays. Lazann was born and raised in the Harrisburg area. Lazann and her husband, Roy, have lived in various places while serving in the Air Force and ministry. Her family includes two daughters, two son-in-laws, and two grandchildren.
 Kayla Fejfar - Massage Therapist
Kayla is back at Vitality after a two year break working in Los Angeles. It's good to be home! She was born in Minnesota and grew up in Sioux Falls where she graduated in 2006 from National American University with a degree in Therapeutic Massage. Kayla also has certifications in Migraine Headache Release and LomiLomi. She specializes in Deep Tissue Work and Trigger Point Release therapies. Kayla is also involved in youth and music ministries and just recently got engaged!

Vitality is the first chiropractic care I've received. I am continually surprised with the service I receive. I'm a small town girl used to one-on-one service, the receptionist knew my name the first day I came in. I feel like a friend rather then a client and that means a lot to me. I will and have referred many friends and family here because of the way I have been treated personally.
